How do I get sms to post to a website? I need multiple senders to one website.?

I would like to display a series of print posters with questions in a gallery space. Is it possible to have viewers/participants text message responses to a website? Is there a free service out there that allows you to set up a site to receive sms that could then be displayed on a monitor? Or does it require costly programming knowledge? This is for educational purposes. Any input much appreciated.

2. The easiest is for them to text message an email address. But there are programs out there to make it easier also. The only ones I know are for a linux server
